The TAEC™ Aeolus 300 kit is designed to produce 300W of clean energy, and comes with most items you will need to get you up and running quickly.

The Aeolus 300 wind turbine is an ideal solution for leisure or small scale off-grid projects. The compact design and simple installation means that it is adaptable to a number of uses.

It is rated at either 12V or 24V DC and will start up in wind speeds as low as 2.5m/s, with an automatic safety cut-out at 35m/s. The carbon fibre blades are extremely tough and at only 1.5m long this means that the unit will not require a huge amount of space.

If you have an outbuilding or a stable that does not have access to power, or a small workshop that is too far from the mains, this could be a viable solution.

The Kit includes:

• The turbine generator
• Flange and blade assembly
• In-built controller unit
• DC to AC Inverter (600W)
• 6m guyed tower.
